Our Government
Contracts group has extensive experience in the resolution
of complex disputes in state and federal courts, the United
States Court of Federal Claims, and state and federal boards
of contract appeals. We have also arbitrated cases before
the American Arbitration Association.
We have
particular expertise in the management of complex multi-party
cases. This experience includes development of cost effective
discovery plans and working with clients and experts as
a litigation "team." We are experienced in working with
clients to manage and control litigation costs. We have
also designed and used computer-generated data bases customized
to the requirements for the specific dispute. We have the
in-house capability to organize and retrieve records, which
are essential to discovery and trial of disputes.
