The Federal Government’s Other Transaction Authority

Armani Vadiee and Todd Garland discuss the Federal government’s other transaction authority.  Other transaction agreements are relatively unknown contract vehicles used by the U.S. government, but the agreements are not subject to laws and regulations that apply to typical procurement contracts.  Other transaction agreements provide flexibility and can facilitate engagement by companies traditionally unwilling to do business with the U.S. government.
