Does your company do business with state and local governments or is your company considering entering those markets? If so, the lack of uniformity among state requirements can be challenging. This program will provide an overview of state and local government contracting, highlighting the distinctions between federal and state contracting and the lack of uniformity among the states. The program will also examine differing state procurement ethics and compliance regulations including regulation of procurement lobbying, review selected contract terms and conditions, and describe the bid protest and disputes process available to contractors.
