Ms. Terrell has experience in mediation, negotiation, arbitration and litigation of numerous construction, bid protest and government contract disputes in state and federal courts, and before agency Boards of Contract Appeals. She also has represented construction contractors, construction managers and subcontractors in drafting and formulation of construction contract documents, contract formation and interpretation issues; construction claims and claims preparation.
