Representative Experience
Ms. Muldoon represents clients in the construction and government contracts practice areas. She has worked with national, international, and local construction firms on major construction issues including, defective specifications, differing site conditions, constructive changes, contractor performance evaluations, and liquidated damages. Her experience ranges from contract administration to claims and litigation, on federal, state, and private construction projects. Ms. Muldoon has experience in claim analysis and presentation, including work with technical experts, scheduling experts, and cost and pricing experts.
Ms. Muldoon's government contracts experience includes contract claims and disputes, bid protests, resolution of prime-subcontractor disputes, audits and investigations, procurement fraud, government contract cost accounting, cost allowability, Cost Accounting Standards, Freedom of Information Act matters, contractor responsibility and integrity issues, Buy America issues, and review of prime contracts and subcontracts.
