Representative Experience
Since joining the firm shortly after its founding in 1986, Mr. Hanson has represented construction contractors, owners, trade and specialty subcontractors, sureties and design professionals in significant claims for delays, acceleration, inefficiencies, changes, differing site conditions, defective design, and in default and convenience terminations, many of which occurred on large, complex construction projects. U.S. and international projects have included heavy civil, lock and dam, bridge, commercial, industrial, power generation, process plant, telecommunications, water/wastewater treatment, environmental remediation, and aerospace and aviation construction.
