Representative Experience
Mr. Amorosi represents clients in both the construction and government contracts areas. His experience includes representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in commercial litigation matters on public and private projects, including acceleration, delay and disruption claims; payment and performance bond disputes including Miller Act claims; contract interpretation issues, schedule and cost analysis of contractor claims, and mechanic's liens. Mr. Amorosi also counsels clients on contract formation, negotiation and administration.
Mr. Amorosi's government contracts experience includes bid protests, contract claims and disputes, audits and investigations, review of prime contracts and subcontracts, Freedom of Information Act requests and litigation, debarment and suspension, letter contracts and definitizations, data rights, foreign ownership restrictions, Buy America Act requirements, USAID procurement regulations, False Claims Act, Contract Disputes Act, small business issues, and the Federal Arbitration Act.
