Mr. Prince’s practice focuses on all areas of government contract law, including cost and pricing, bid protests, white collar investigations and defense, and prime-subcontractor disputes. Mr. Prince counsels domestic and international clients on a wide range of issues relating to government contracts, including compliance with federal and state regulations and statutes, contract negotiations, contract changes, claim preparation and disputes, cost allowability, navigating audits, subcontractor management, and litigation. Mr. Prince has experience litigating contract disputes in federal and state courts and before administrative bodies, including before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, the United States Government Accountability Office, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, Virginia state courts, and the D.C. Superior Court.
Mr. Prince joined Smith Pachter McWhorter in 2013, after working for the firm as a Summer Associate in 2012. As a law student at The George Washington University Law School Mr. Prince focused extensively on government contracts, taking a number of specialized courses, serving as an Articles Editor for the Public Contract Law Journal, and interning with the National Courts section of the Department of Justice.
