Ms. Tisdelle practices in corporate compliance, government contracts, and construction and white collar matters.  She provides counsel to domestic and international clients on a variety of issues including contract negotiations and awards, contract claims and disputes, interactions between prime contractors and subcontractors, and contract administration.  Ms. Tisdelle has assisted clients with disputes before the Boards of Contract Appeals; in state and federal courts; before the Small Business Administration; and in arbitrations and mediations.  She also assists clients with corporate compliance matters and regulatory reporting requirements, including cybersecurity regulations and General Services Administration Federal Supply Schedule administration. 

Ms. Tisdelle’s white collar experience includes internal investigations and audits; investigations under the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Act, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act; and debarment proceedings before federal Suspension and Debarment Officers.  She also serves on an Independent Compliance Monitor team appointed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and International Development Association (World Bank) to review and evaluate the global anti-corruption program of SNC-Lavalin Group, Inc.

Ms. Tisdelle graduated from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where she actively pursued advocacy work.  She was Administrator of the Mock Trial Competition, Champion of the Negotiations Competition, and a Finalist in the Mediation Competition.  During law school, she interned in the Bureau of Competition at the Federal Trade Commission investigating mergers and acquisitions among pharmaceutical companies for regulatory compliance and consumer protection issues.  Prior to law school, Ms. Tisdelle worked in-house for the General Counsel of a national transportation brokerage firm handling state and local procurement contracts, corporate compliance matters, and regulatory issues.
