Mr. Vadiee is a partner in the Government Contracts practice group. His practice focus is government and commercial contracts where he is counsel to domestic and international clients on a wide range of contracting issues including contract negotiation, terms and conditions, bid protests, changes and claim preparation, internal investigations, contract termination settlements, regulatory compliance, M&A due diligence, and contract litigation. Mr. Vadiee has developed large-scale compliance programs for government contractors focused on contract compliance including supply chain, accounting, domestic preference, export controls, data rights, subcontracting, cybersecurity, and mandatory reporting requirements. Mr. Vadiee provides legal support to large commercial technology and global aerospace companies selling to the federal government directly or through resellers. Mr. Vadiee also has extensive experience counseling utilities and energy sector companies engaged in federal energy projects through UESC, ESPC, and similar federal vehicles. 

Mr. Vadiee has litigated contract disputes in federal and state courts and administrative bodies including before the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, the United States Government Accountability Office, the United States Court of Federal Claims and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Vadiee was a contracting officer for a U.S. Department of Energy research laboratory and during law school clerked at the U.S. Government Accountability Office in the Procurement Law Group.

Mr. Vadiee is an active member of the American Bar Association Section of Public Contract Law and the Federal Bar Association’s Government Contracts Section.
